Este cea mai ușoară și cea mai ieftină sursa de motivare.

1. Arata angajatului ca este ascultat.

Oferind feedback la intervale regulate, arata subordonatului ca asculti și cunoști problemele lui și, totodată, I-i arăți ca direcția pe care merge este corecta sau cum sa o corecteze. Arăți omului că-ți pasa de el!

2. Entuziasmul.

Când colegul tău începe sa facă ceva care nu tine de rutina zilnica feedback-ul oferit poate susține entuziasmul și motivația. În același timp, poate fi corectata direcția dacă sunt deviații.

Fiecare dintre noi știe ce frustrant este când vrei sa faci ceva și nu-ți spune nimeni nimic (nici ca e bine; nici ca e rău). Nici chiar după ce ai început! Impresia este ca NIMENI nu este interesat de ceea ce faci!

3. Performanța.

Când un angajat primește un feedback din partea superiorului știe cum lucrează, ce trebuie sa îmbunătățească, etc. Știind ce face bine și ce trebuie sa imbunatateasca, performanța acestuia, în general, va crește.

Dacă nu se oferă feedback, performanța omului va scădea sau, în cel mai bun caz, va rămâne constanta.

4. Inovația.

Inovația este în directa legătura cu Entuziasmul! Oferind feedback regulat și comunicând problemele oamenii pot veni cu idei de îmbunătățire!

Dacă nu oferi feedback, chiar dacă comunici problemele ideile de îmbunătățire nu vor veni apărea (poate doar o data).

5. Elimina stress-ul.

Și al tău, pentru ca spui subordonatului ce crezi despre ce face, și al lui pentru ca nu se mai întreabă tot timpul „Oare e bine ce fac?”

Aceste câteva motive sunt valabile atât în viața profesională cât și în viața personala!

Este ușor să-i spui cuiva „Da, e bine ce faci, continua asa!”, să-i recunoști meritele și să-l ajuți sa evolueze. Și nu te costa nimic.

La fel de ușor este să-i spui „Părerea mea este ca ar trebui sa …..” și sa ajuți la îndreptarea sau chiar prevenirea unei greșeli. Nu este constructiv sa strigi după ceva vreme ca „Știam ca așa se va întâmpla. Tu ești de vina” sau „Atunci ai dat-o în bara rău de tot”, știți despre ce vorbesc.

Oferă feedback ori de câte ori ai ocazia și relațiile tale se vor îmbunătății.
