My Mission
I help manufacturing suppliers evolve from contract manufacturers into independent product companies.
This transformation is not about abandoning operational excellence. It is about building on it.
Factories need more than efficient production systems.
They need the capability to develop proprietary products, manufacture prototypes and small series, respond quickly to market opportunities, and create businesses that are not entirely dependent on the purchasing decisions of a few large customers.

Why I Believe This Matters
During more than 20 years in manufacturing, I discovered something that fundamentally changed my perspective.
Some of the best-managed factories I visited were also some of the most vulnerable businesses.
They achieved impressive productivity.
They continuously reduced waste.
They invested in Lean Manufacturing.
Yet many remained trapped in the same business model:
Producing products designed, owned, and priced by someone else.
Operational excellence created better factories.
It did not necessarily create stronger businesses.
That realization led me to expand my work beyond productivity improvement.

About Me
I am a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial transformation.
Since 2009, I have worked as a consultant, helping manufacturing companies to improve operational performance, increase productivity, and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
My professional background includes leadership roles in manufacturing as well as hands-on consulting projects across Europe.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with more than one hundred factories operating in industries such as:

- Rail Manufacturing
- Food Production
My experience includes studying and applying Lean Manufacturing principles inspired by Japanese production systems, while recognizing that today’s industrial challenges require a broader strategic perspective.
